For a while, I wanted to sponsor something in SL, and a few weeks ago I finally got the chance. Vel was telling me about the upcoming Shelter Road Rally. A couple of sponsors had already signed on, and Vel was glad to have me on board. The next question was how it should be listed.

My first sponsorship idea was just to list my name; however, that seemed rather dull. In addition, I couldn’t think of any adjectives to make my name sound snazzy without being pretentious. Finally, I went with a trusted stand-by. “The foundation for PI” would be the sponsor
